      Aw, c'mon...they're very classic, and you'd get tons of wear out of them. Wear flip flops to your wedding, and buy these instead (yes, I realize that is the devil talking; he speaks through me a lot).

  Oh, those are really pretty shoes. I think you can justify buying them because they will last a lifetime and they will never go out of style and they would add to your self esteem. I, on the other hand, can not justify to my hubby that spending that much on shoes is okay since the last pair of shoes that I took a loan out to buy are still in the shoe box. I will, however, wear them. I'm just waiting on the right moment. Gold and silver dusted shoes are not for just any occasion. So, buy the shoes.
